 Frequently Asked Questions

 
  • The goal with our mobile bar trailer is to bring the party to you. We provide bartending services out of our custom trailer for your wedding, birthday party, corporate event, fundraiser, graduation, and so much more!

  • We are a dry bar, meaning that we do not provide the alcohol, however, we do provide menu recommendations/calculations, cups, straws, napkins, ice, mixers, and any garnishes needed for the drinks. You provide the alcohol, we provide the good times!

    Our pricing includes bartending services, set up/tear down, and all insurance necessary.

    You will be responsible for transporting the alcohol to the event at least two hours prior to service so when we arrive we can get it chilled to serve. If you choose to purchase kegs, it is also your responsibility to keep the kegs cold until we serve.

  • We certainly can help create specialty cocktails, cocktail menus, and provide beer and wine recommendations.

  • Our home base is located within the Des Moines metro, but we are more than happy to travel to your event. Based on the size of your event, locations outside of the metro may incur an additional mileage charge at $1.25/mile.

  • We offer a variety of options depending on the size and style of your event. We aim to please no matter your vibe! Check out our services page to see a full breakdown of our available packages.

  • A 50% deposit will be required to book your reservation, with the remaining balance due seven days prior to the event date. We understand that cancellations do occur, therefore, any event canceled 30 days in advance or more will receive a full deposit refund.

  • Yes! We carry general event & liquor liability insurance. It will be your responsibility to obtain any additional licenses and permits that may be required by the venue for the event.

  • Providing a 10’x14’, level space that we can back into or pull through will be perfect for us to serve you best. Our trailer is 13’ long, 8’ wide x 8.5’ high.

  • If you have electricity, great! If not, no worries, we will bring our generator for an additional fee.

  • We’d love to help you elevate your event experience! Visit our services page for any additional items you may desire, including signage, decor, upgraded drinkware, and more. Have something else in mind? Don’t hesitate to ask.

  • Absolutely! You are welcome to place decor on the bar, as well as anything in front of the trailer. The only thing we don't allow are items affixed to the trailer walls.

  • No alcohol, no problem! We are happy to provide service for any type of event and can provide a non-alcoholic beverage menu ranging from sodas, iced teas, mocktails, and more. Even better? We’d love to serve your snacks as well.

  • While we are unable to change dates last minute due to inclement weather, our mobile trailer works well under tents (or even inside). You are responsible for tent coverage of the bar, but we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event.

  • We love that you’re having a good time, but we do not offer shots in the interest of the safety of your guests.

    We check IDs. Serving guests who are 21 or above is something we take very seriously.

    Anyone who is visibly intoxicated will be cut off. It’s not fun, but it is occasionally necessary. We love when everyone has a great time (and honestly would not have it any other way!) but the safety of your guests is our priority.
